Nesting between the surrounding vineyards and the Palatinate forest, our holiyday homes are located in the south of the spa town Bad Dürkheim at a residential street with low traffic near to the town center. To downtown it takes only some minutes walk.
The Mediterranean garden, the sunny balcony, the joint spa area with sauna and whirpool - you may discover many options to relax in your holiday residence. For hikers and bikers the signposted and partly qualified trials start on the doorstep and lead through vineyards, forest, grassland or fields to near and far surroundings. What ever you like, the bloom of the almond trees at the German Wine Route, the Palatinate Forest, where you enjoy enchanted swimming ponds, mushrooms or chestnuts , the vegetable fields in the Rhine plane - you have a lot of options. The scenic "Tuscany of Germany" is waiting to be discovered by you.
The bland climate with low rain not only supports the grapes very well, but will inspire your spirit of enterprise, too.
It's an ideal starting point for all your activities in the Palatinate, but also in near-by towns such as Heidelberg, Mannheim or Speyer. You will find relaxation and tranquility amidst beautiful nature and nice people. Please note: In our neighbourhood new housing area is being developed. Therefore, there may be annoyance of noise in the daytime during normal working hours.
The **** Sunshine appartement is located on the 1st floor. Additional sleeping facilities can be offered in the living room (see below). From the sunny balcony your eyes wander to the small tower "Flaggenturm", so called "Kaffee-mühlchen" (coffee mill), and to the monastery Limburg, which both are illuminated at night romantically. Welcoming, the Palatinate forest is just in front of you. The impressing rocks of the Roman sandstone quarry tower the roofs of the town. On coolish evenings you enjoy the sofa and the blazing flames in the stove. The kitchen is fully equipped by modern technics, entire cookware and dishes for easy use.
