The complex has its own photovoltaic system, which is used to generate electricity for the total of 15 flats. Solid wood houses are known to require significantly less heating energy. This is because wood as a building material has very good self-regulating insulation properties. In winter, hardly any energy escapes outside, and in summer, hardly any heat escapes inside. Wooden construction is also beneficial to the health of allergy sufferers and asthmatics. Wood can absorb and release moisture (open-pored structure), so that the climate is independently regulated to 45 - 55 % humidity. This creates a health-promoting environment and has a calming effect on the respiratory tract. The 112 sqm light-flooded flat on the top floor, with its ceilings up to four metres high, provides plenty of space to feel good. The location as well as the installed soundproof walls and doors (between the living and quiet areas) and the room acoustic measures prevent disturbing noises. In addition to the location and the outstanding view, the refuge also has a terrace, two underground parking spaces, a high technical standard, fast WLAN/LAN, underfloor heating, wellness area (sauna, rain shower), a fully equipped kitchen with exclusive electrical appliances, large televisions in all living rooms and bedrooms, and a fireplace. The sauna, made to measure by a local sauna builder, bathrobes, laid out for you, and high-quality products for body care let you forget everyday life. The furniture, specially made by a local carpenter, individual design, high-quality materials and loving details give the flat a unique flair. Together with the oak floor, this creates an atmosphere of well-being at the highest level. A well thought-out lighting concept gives the flat the right glow. Individually dimmable lamps from Occhio and Molto Luce allow you to create your own personal lighting ambience. Comfortably furnished bedrooms with high-quality box spring beds, several pillows, cosy blankets and roller shutters ensure a good night's sleep. The fully integrated kitchen is equipped with high-quality electrical appliances and the necessary equipment so that you can cook with love and heart even on your holiday. And if, in times when the boundaries between professional and private life have become more fluid, you sometimes need to do professional things in the flat: In the bedrooms and living room we have set up three workstations with LAN cabling and fast internet for you.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax: adults € 1.50/night. Children under 18 years of age, persons with a severe disability of 80 % or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from spa fees. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % reduction.

The renting of accommodation and the catering of guests is only permitted under special protective and hygienic measures. Wellness and leisure facilities as well as events and mobility are also subject to the current regulations and may therefore be subject to restrictions.
