This charming holiday home with private pool and panoramic view is located in Massa Lubrense, 8km from Sorrento and close to renowned seaside towns of the Amalfi Coast. The outstanding view over the gulf of Naples and the islands of Capri and Ischia will leave no one indifferent. Built on a hill, the house is spread on different levels connected by flights of stairs. The rooms are divided into two units, which are entirely self-contained and can be reached through an exterior staircase (20 steps). Bottom floor features a bedroom (two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (no window) with direct access to the partially covered terrace. The second bedroom with annex (pull-out sofa) and one bathroom are on the same floor with separate access from the terrace. An external staircase leads to the upper floors, where the main unit is located. Here you’ll find a large living room, a spacious patio and a kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The third room (the only one with air conditioning) is next to the living area has an independent access from the outside and a private bathroom with shower and bath. The pool is to be reached through an external staircase and is located in an upper position than the main building.Furthermore there is a lovely pool area equipped with loungers and outdoor shower, sauna with sea view and pleasant rooftop terrace with 360° view over the gulf and the surrounding hills. Several fascinating destinations worth visiting, such as the islands of Capri and Ischia, which can be reached by boat (connection by hydrofoil from Sorrento, 8km, and from the harbour of Marina della Lobra), Naples 60 km, Amalfi Coast 20 km, archaeological sites of Pompei and Ercolano 50km.Arrivals only from 4 pm to 8 pm. Different arrival time must be requested and could come at an extra cost (payable locally). The accommodation is not suitable for young children.
