Nestled within its own private parkland, this timeless detached villa on the hillside between Lecco and Bellagio provides the perfect holiday escapism for families and group of 11. The 2-storey villa enjoys a restful and welcoming ambience, with the WiFi-enabled layout comprising of an inviting living room with SAT TV and large open fireplace, accompanied by a separate ‘tea-room’ and a double aspect dining room. The separate family kitchen is fully equipped for preparing carefree meals and hosting memorable dinner parties. The indoor dining area is complemented by an outdoor dining terrace with BBQ, for laid-back alfresco dining.
The period villa features 3 double en-suite bedrooms, 2 twin joinable en-suite bedrooms and 1 single en-suite bedroom, enabling large groups of 11 to comfortably stay.
Outside, the alfresco dining terrace is accompanied by a kid’s play area and a fabulous outdoor pool (open 20 May – 1 October), which all feature within 10 hectares of private parkland. Within the beautiful lake view grounds, guests can enjoy exercising, relaxing, sunbathing and outdoor play. Private parking can be found on-site and the villa’s quiet hillside location is within a short driving distance from local amenities and the attractions of Lake Como. Please note a car is essential.

The villa is situated amongst natural greenery, along the main hillside road ‘Via Valassina’, between Olivetto Lario (province of Lecco) and Guello near Bellagio (province of Como). From its peaceful location, the villa places guests within a short drive of the lakeshore, the ‘Jungle Raider’ Park, the ‘golden triangle’ lake resort town of Bellagio (home to a fashionable lido, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, the Villa Melzi gardens and car-passenger ferry links) and the buzzing lake city of Lecco (home to a cosmopolitan array of amenities and transport links, including car rental shops and a Milan train service).
A holiday on Lake Como offers a great opportunity to enjoy scenic hiking, sightseeing, fine dining, wine tasting, water sports, boat rental, tennis, golf, extreme sports, cycling, art and car shows, and even a spot of skiing nearby (at the Novaggio ski resort ‘Skilift Bedea’, 15km west of Lugano city, the Pianni di Bobbi ski area, 31km east of Varenna and the Italian Alp ski area of ‘Valchiavenna’, 43km north of Lake Como).Please note that the pool is open from the 20th of May 2020 to the 1st of October 2020
