In this villa will be dreams come true! The 10 x 5 m saltwater pool has a water depth of 0,60 - 1,70 m and inspires everyone. After bathing you can relax on one of the 8 sun loungers. How about table tennis in the afternoon? In the evening, you can prepare barbecue specialties and enjoy the warm summer evening. Lawns, shrubs and a garden with olive trees round out the spacious garden.

The impressive house has a living space of 450 m2 spread over 3 floors. There are 2 living areas, 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, including 3 "en suite" bath rooms. The house is equipped with air conditioning as well as underfloor heating.

You enter into a cozy living area with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and fireplace. It is the ideal place for common hours, for reading or resting. In the comfortable dining room everyone will find their favourite place to enjoy the common meals. The professional kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with all necessary utensils and professional burrs, incl. Induction cooker. From here you can reach the terraces so you will not have long walks if you want to eat outdoors. On the ground floor there are 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 shower baths. If you can not avoid it, you can find the necessary rest in the study room to do the very important things on your own devices. The laundry is equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

When you go up the stairs, or through the elevator, you enter a second room perfect for lovers of the piano and / or stars. Of course, we invite you to enjoy the fascinating starry nights of Mallorca. On this upper floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms, three of them with double bed and two with two single beds. Three of them also have an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and a spa bath and the other two with a shower. All bedrooms have wardrobe, except one of them that has a dressing room and exit to a fantastic terrace. On the 1st floor, the most restless or athletes find their hiding place, as there is a great gym area and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with hydromassage shower and sauna.

Being located only 800 meters from the village of Sa Pobla, you can quickly go anywhere, and find all the necessary services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. After about 20 minutes by car, you arrive at Ses Casetes des Capellans, at Can Picafort or at the Port of Alcúdia. The extensive beach, with fine white sand and crystalline waters, borders all these places of coast with up to 12 km in length. The promenade of Can Picafort or the Port of Alcúdia is very lively and full of restaurants, beach bars and shops of all kinds. Do not leave without making small excursions in search of some of the prodigious coves of the island.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
