This elegant four bedroom villa benefits from a quiet location, just 5km from Villeneuve-sur-Lot. The holiday home is well-equipped for a relaxing holiday complex with outside swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a lovely garden, a pool house and a covered terrace, complete with modern garden furniture and a barbecue. The interior of the house has been thoughtfully decorated and equipped with air conditioning, a TV with Internet access and Netflix and fitness equipment (a treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer and stepper). You will also benefit from a sauna for up to three people.
