Charming holiday home with private pool and sauna surrounded by greenery among the aromas of chestnut, oak and beech, where unspoiled nature offers surprising performances. The house is set in Torre di Ruggiero (Catanzaro), a few minutes from the small village of Norman origins rich in history and ancient traditions on the Ionian side of the Serre Calabresi plateau. The villa, inserted in the heart of a farm, is surrounded by a large fenced garden, and offers a private swimming pool, ping-pong table, barbecue, games for children and a sunbathing area with chairs and deckchairs, where you can relax and sunbathe. It is also possible to eat outside immersed in silence and surrounded by greenery or to taste oil and wine produced here, and offered for free upon arrival by the owners. The position of the villa makes it an ideal place for the discovery of the Calabrian territory, rich in history and traditions: here the sea and the mountains live side by side. The property is located along the road that leads from Soverato to Serra San Bruno, between the coast of the Aranci and that of the Gods. In a short time it is possible to reach Soverato (on the Ionian side) or Vibo Marina / Pizzo on the Tyrrhenian side. We suggest to visit the Certosa di Serra San Bruno (4 km) one of the few convents still existing in Italy, the second one belonging to the order of the Carthusians, nestled in the isolated forests of the Chain of Serre, constant destination of pilgrims and devotees, but also of tourists looking for mystical and suggestive environments. At 22 km, in the midst of coniferous and broad-leaved woods, there is the Acero lake, a small artificial lake surrounded by picnic areas, where it is possible to practice sport fishing. The access road (500 m dirt track) is not suitable for low cars. Airport in Lamezia Terme is 52 km away. your pet is welcome.
