SERVUS and a warm welcome to ferienhofEICHENBERG!

Right in the middle of the Franconian Lake District between the Brombachsee and the Altmühlsee, our holiday farm opened for the first time in 2016 - after a thorough renovation in winter 2021/22 we are now back for you with 9 family-friendly apartments, our spacious garden and much more.

But that's not all you can expect from us. We hope you can experience it for yourself soon!

Apartments to relax, a modern private spa, fitness room, large communal garden with courtyard for playing boules, natural pool, garden shed, barbecue and fireplace, and a playground for the kids. Strictly speaking, you will find a lot on our farm that will make your family vacation an unforgettable experience.
On request, we can also clean your living room every day and provide breakfast with fresh rolls in your apartment.

Modern 2-room apartment for a maximum of 3 people and approx. 40 m² of living space. The apartment is on the ground floor of the rear house and consists of an open living / dining area with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Our apartment is characterized by a pleasant room climate, as well as a modern, young and stylish interior.
Free and covered seating is available in the spacious garden. Child and animal friendly dogs are also very welcome!

Special conditions for temporary and long-term stays are possible. Price on request.

Equipment features:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x210 cm), also usable as a single bed (90x210 cm)
- Living / dining room with sofa bed and 32 “flat screen TV
- Free WiFi
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove and small dishwasher
- Large fridge with freezer compartment
- Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee (excluding baby bed linen)
- Free use of washing machine and dryer
- Coffee machine (Dolce Gusto)

Please note that our houses and the associated property are on a hillside.

Conditions and extras
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 100% of the total price.

Total amount payable by bank transfer up to 14 days before arrival.
